Yeah you can use the 4th gen for nearly all the parts for a 5th gen auto to manual conversion one or two marginally modified.
As I reacall (and it is going back some time now) I used the following 4th gen bits
Gearbox
rear gear box mount
side gear box mount (half 5th gen auto half 4th gen manual)
4th gen shift linkage connected to
4th gen shifter mechanism mounted into the 5th gen chassis (two of four bolts line up and you need to drill/self tap the top two)
4th gen pedal assembly with clutch pedal (bolts up to existing holes but need to also have bracing bar that runs between the top of the pedals and the firewall under the dash) I drilled out the spot welds on the 4th gen and then used big old metal self tapping screws to mount it to the firewall.
4th gen clutch master cylinder (have to drill holes in the firewall as they are not present on the auto chassis)
4th gen clutch line between master cylinder and slave on gearbox (mostly lines up with a bit of tugging and pulling or alternatively just get some braided hose and run it from the cylinder to gearbox)
4th gen inner drive shaft from the gearbox along the rear of the engine split at the cv joint and connected to the 5th gen auto outer shaft.
Only thing that you will need from a 5th gen manual is the gear surround part of the centre console.
You will also need to modify your ecu so that it does not chuck an engine code after you remove the TCU. For me (JDM SIR) i had to move a resistor on the circut board which wasnt too hard if you have a soldering iron and know how to use it.
I think that is everything!!!
Any questions just shout

I used this Swap guide as I was doing my swap. Really came in handy

You can use the 4th gen manual mount just as well all you need to do is line up the lower part shown in the picture with the 5th gen auto chassis mount. If I remember correctly there was a small couple of millimetres difference in the gap between the mounting which to be sure that there was no play at all I just shimmed up the gap with a couple of hefty washers on the bolt and this has been absolutely fine (well over 5 years ago).
