Lots of graphs on the internet, just has to search for it. Power is very different regarding peoples setups and the health of the engine.

I think a fair general assumption is it wil go from 185HP (H22A2) - To around 230HP ish on intake/headers and exhaust upgrades. With a good tune, maybe more

Read this way to late otherwise I would have provided some more information as for Dyno sheet or flow test for the injectors.
