Ive these cams fitted in my BB4 H22A and they do make a difference - mind u i have type S intake and plm manifold with 2.5 decatted exhaust. Only issue can be sticking lmas when cams are first fitted.

check any cams for wear before fitting them and get the best condition/low mileage ones you can find. i would expect to pay around £100-£125 for very good ones.

lmas - lost motion assemblies - they can stick a bit at first - at least thats what happened to me when i fitted the cams - its never happened since then and that was about 18 months ago
