Now removed rear speaker with seat divider , cover and original alpine speaker in mount with built in amp but u would either need wiring in car for amp to work or connect speaker direct to stereo plus any 6x9 will fit in . Very rare indeed i been told . Heres pics and it is on ebay for sale unless someone would like to make me a nice offer

Interesting rear speaker there... It isn't the original one AFAIK (should be a single way, not 3 way) but it is a very old 6x9, is the right impedance and has the oem plug on the wires.
What's the link to the eBay listing so I can see how much you're asking? I have a suspicion that it's the amp (or is it just a cross over, I've never been sure - very small to be an amp, but it does have a heat sink
) on Lisa's that is knackered ut it's difficult to test without an oscilloscope, so I might just want to try exchanging it.
