:? the section from the back of the flexi to the flange that bolts to the cat is missing :think: How did you manage to connect that end up? :?

Sorry, not meaning to spam your fs thread or cause problems, I just can't suss how you connect it up in current condition, though it sounds like you did manage to do that?

It's ok :) I got the manifold without that flange. If you look closer, you should notice the different colour pipe just after the JASMA stamp (see the picture below). That's where the downpipe was cut, when I got it. So I got a piece of pipe and an flexi part welded in the best shop I could find. I didn't want to weld the flexi pipe directly in order to be able change it without touching the original downpipe part, some time later. But I never needed to change it.
Then I mounted the manifold and got all the rest of the custom exhaust piping welded.

In other words - you need to weld it.
