It couldn't possibly be that I read your pm during a meeting at work (btw you mentioned did I get an earlier email - for the record no, only one received and that was the one I read) logged onto my internet banking to send the money and then got dragged into something quite serious in the meeting ended up working late and not had a chance to get on banking since then?

Especially for someone that's bought from you before, including driving all the way over to Wales to pick up bits form you in person.
