2 4th Gens
Well bugger me, done my usual "Honda prelude" newly listed items search and there's two 4th gens for sale. One is next town on about 2 miles away and the same with the other about 3 miles away.
Both at a grand, both 2.2 imports. Ones a manual ones an auto.

Both a bit pricey for what they are are imo. 1st ones auto, 2nd ones F22B non vtec. And doesn't look all that.
I think you should keep yours. You know it's a good one (apart from the snapped belt).
And it's fast too!
So I know we all like the value of our cars to be increasing..but I just don't think these two are worth the asking price. Much more to be had for half that money I'm afraid.

Not suggesting you were ever going to sell yours I should add. You'd be crazy!

Cheers mate, your a legend!
I wasn't dreaming of selling mine btw. I know it's brilliant for what it is apart from all the things going wrong with it. Just offering to people who want to buy one as they are local to me.

in an american mag i had all the preludes took out the H22 and put in F22's
think that big mike lude was or is a f22
these 2 are good for base/start projects but agree would want cheaper to free the cash up for build
and the f22 one in his discription says "cambelt done 5k ago wont need changing for a year or so"
change cambelt every year
bloody hope not

Yes, excellent engine for boosting apparently. Great tuning potential!

And in fairness, you can pick the F22's up for next to nothing because generally speaking nobody wants them in this country.
So no need to spend £1000 on a car if one wanted to pursue such a build, imo.
