says "Date of First Registration 01 12 2006" but "Year of Manufacture 1996" so looks like they know it's an import

It was up for £1100, I paid £850.

Weighing it up against If it didn't have the spats, sides and wheels on it that it has, there is no way the car would be worth the £850 AFAIC - Based on what I paid for Lisa's when I bought that (£350) this is definitely NOT £500 more car (though I probably did get lucky with what I paid for Lisa's). Her's was very scruffy, but sound, this is generally smart looking, but not entirely sound.

So £850 is more than I actually think the car is worth, but I knew he'd already turned down £750 from someone else and £850 is the max figure I had in mind when I was on my way there, so from that perspective, I suppose it was fair.
