I only got a C

I also resisted the urge to blame goldilocks...

Tell me about it, I was crapping myself til lunch time then I stopped worrying because if it was going to burn down it would have happened already.. and no one had let me know my house was on fire.wurlycorner wrote:![]()

Lucky lad - glad it was ok.
I did go through a phase myself a few years ago, of leaving the iron on when I went to work
I only countered it by making sure I always put it away now after using it, every time (there's no way it can still be plugged in).
except for one exception today actually, when I know I have left it out for a good reason
(but I do know it is unplugged this time)
Spontaneously combustable cloths! Holy macaroni!W1ggz wrote:I washed some of the cloths we use for work at home and then tumbled dried them bagged them up left in the front room came home 4hours later to the front room full of smoke, 1 of the rags had ultra trim (exterior dressing) it was smouldering inside the bag think I was quite lucky. On the tin it states after washing the cloths must not be crumpled into a ball must be stored In a fireproof bucket as can spontaneously combust, and I put it In the drier lol
