Another abandoned 4G!

Post by alinton » Tue Sep 22, 2015 9:21 pm

Would you believe it, barely a month after finding (and buying) an abandoned 4G in my hometown, I've come across another!

It's a '93 BA6, 2.2 auto, non-VTEC of course. No cruise or sunroof. It's stored upstairs (yes!) in an engineer Not workshop. Covered in dust, no rust that I could see. A few dings on the body though and some lacquer peel on the bonnet at least.

Interior ok, apart from some wear on the driver's seat bolster.

He was looking for 1000 euro, until I disabused him of that notion, and now I see it's changed to 600 euro. I guess that's not a bad price, but it would need a respray and a lot of tarting up if it wasn't going to be just used as a donor.

Yep, looks ok.
I assume it's been forked up there though? (looks like a mezzanine FLT loading bay?)

Apparently the 1euro offer has been accepted

Yea they made a steel frame, slid it underneath and forklifted it up.

The 1 euro offer is solely so you can send pms to the seller. I made him a silly offer and said I'd take it in a few weeks if it's still there when I get back from my holiday.
