It's a Michelin truck tyre test vehicle.

Weighs 10 tons and has 2 V8's (one to power the car and the other to power the wheel on test).
How do you fancy doing 111mph in that?! :o :?

The Millipede was amazing.

I liked those 6x2 CX Safaris they used as ambulances/newspaper delivery vans.
