Very very slim chance of it being damaged after it's toughened and surviving. So is there actually any chance that this could have been accidental/deliberate on the part of someone else?

Get some high quality pics up anyway, as wurly says it's difficult to tell but sometimes possible. Someone may even be able to spot something obvious in the seal itself rather than the glass.

Is the car in good nick? Stress caused through flexing isn't impossible.

I wouldn't try my luck with this company again. Six atempts is five to many. Even for extra cost I would go somewhere else. They the worst I ever heard

And tell us who are they to help to avoid them

Were the car is parked during the day I can see It from my works windows, there's no traffic as it's off the road by a long way.
I don't see how anything could have impacted upon it.
