Were you rollerskating when you took these pics?
In focus and a single picture including the entire screen perpendicular to your line of sight is what is needed. 2 or 3 blurry snapshots at angles is no good because of depth of field, reflections, etc. Like this but with as much of the screen in frame as you can get: http://www.acwmotorsportplastics.co.uk/ ... window.jpg might be better around 3-4pm this afternoon.
Nice idea on the video though, it does look like it started from the top of the passenger side, a few inches below where the black is. Certainly started from towards the top of the screen at any rate, you can tell from the forking of the glass. But you can't say for sure where exactly without seeing the whole lot. If you yourself can look at that area you may be able to tell better than anyone from pictures.

Ah yes, you're right - got it now.
Most of it is the normal shatter crazing, but on the left hand side near the top, there are a couple of 'ring' cracks showing where it eminated from - definitely from there. 11 seconds in shows the full length of those cracks.
And because there's no impact mark on the outside, it can't be from anything external hitting it.
Installation or manufacturing defect IMO.
