It won't open from the remote lever (because the boot won't 'pop') so you'll have to use the key everytime, or have really long arms...
It'll stay open if the car's parked on the flat or with the nose parked downhill, but not if the arse is parked downhill at all and if there's any breath of wind blowing towards the bootlid when it's open, it'll slam shut while you have your hands/head/any other parts of your body reached inside the boot. And that will hurt...

@bb1boy the clips appear to be the same (I think I recall someone selling someone else a 4G clip and it looked similar but was just a different colour or something), the part numbers are different though. (4G: 74873-SM4-003 £3.03)

Ahhh, round these parts I see more 4Gsbb1boy wrote:Website profiles, maybe, but on the roads I only ever see 5ths, a 4th is a rare sight indeed - especially around these parts..

Fixed for youwurlycorner wrote:Cars are way too modern for Norfolk folk...

Had some knobber today that didn't understand how a roundabout worked, was in a 'right only' lane and tried to come off at the same exit as me (straight over) which is only wide enough for one car, he nearly drove into the rear quarter trying to force his way in then had the cheek to beep at me

About 5 minutes later on the same roundabout but going back the other way some genius decided to take his time crossing on the roundabout exit with his dog trailing 1m behind him, he wasn't even looking at the oncoming traffic so I had to stop on the exit, then I got told off again for calling someone else a stupid rhubarb

Norfolk people don't get cars. They're like the pheasant in the road that watches the car coming to run it over.
Rant over

Too much salt in the sea air in Cornwall, 4th gen's turn to dust quicker than a vampire in the sunlight..Donald wrote:@bb1boy the clips appear to be the same (I think I recall someone selling someone else a 4G clip and it looked similar but was just a different colour or something), the part numbers are different though. At £3 odd you may as well get a new one. I can send you one off a 4th if you need it, but it's not going to save you any money what with postage etc.
