Should work fine.
I had a dodgy switch for my heated mirrors but the electric adjust worked fine still. There are two separate connectors so mine not working at the switch would be equal to just not having it connected.
If that makes sense.

If not, you can swap the connectors - they open up, so do that to both of them, pull the pins out of the new mirror connector, pull the pins out of the old mirror connector, move the old mirror connector over to the new mirror and push the pins into it (in the right order) leaving the heated mirror wires out.
