anyone used one of these, are they any more useful than just getting the blink code from the car if you have a fault that shows up on the dash?

I had one of these for my cav gsi @15yrs ago if I can rememeber it has a series of blinking lights to tell you the code , much the same as the dash ? that's if I rem correctly :D

They are useful for cars that don't have a means to display the fault codes on the dash, but for a prelude, absolutely no more use whatsoever. In fact, I'm not even sure it would work, because of there being several ecu's to display.

i have one but its no use as i own a 5g got it from halfrauds for £5 reduced :lol:
