These aren't H4 but they are in my honda preludes full beam? What are they please?

Pull it out the white plastic holder and it'll make more sense, and yep that's your high beam :D The H4 does dipped beam only.

Why do some of the Internet car part sites says it's a H4 did they swap at some point?

4g's use H4 in the dipped beam reflector and H1 in the main beam reflector. That's consistent throughout all years.

Yep, When I was looking online I found some conflicting websites that said they used h4
but they are actually H1. It was abit confusing at the time.
