Second hand cat off the forum for about £40 max
Door about the same...
About £200 to pay someone to change the crank seal...
Where's the other £420 come from?

And the cat is the only thing from that list that should matter for the mot?

i need a new downpipe aswell so the downpipe and cat is 300+ if i can find it cheapish i will fix it all

this car is definitely now for sale or breaking the problems are:
rusting through the arches
the drivers door doesnt lock
needs 2 arb links
needs an oil seal behind the crank pulley
everything must go!!

i can find out the paint code in the morning? and the side skirts are snapped at the front and there is a discreet hole in the rear lip where a tow eye is which is also for sale let me know if you still want them?
