PPI Claims thing.

Post by nitin_s1 » Mon Apr 08, 2013 11:53 am

Hello LG people.

Basically, my dad wants to claim all of his PPI that he may have been mis-sold in the past.. :?

I am helping him at the moment, He had a loan from Barclays and Santander, and some of those sums are really huge. :o

On both the sites, you can phone them directly or write a letter. I think writing a letter would be easier as I don't want us to wait for hours and hours on the phone.

Does any one have a good template of a PPI claims letter?

And anyone done this sort of thing before? :|

Thanks in advance.

Nitin

Should I deal with Banks directly? Or shall I go straight to the Financial Ombudsman Service?? :?

You know some of those texts are just phishing texts to see if the randomly generated phone number they've texted is a real one, so by replying (stop) what you do is confirm the number is live and it then goes into their database to sell?

Not that you can tell which texts are which type of course, so you're damned if you do, damned if you don't!
