Just tried registering on their support forum so I could ask them how much backup download costs (their support forum says it's no longer available but their front webpage list it as an 'added benefit') then following either no response to that, or disinterest at my pointing out the discrepancy, give the useless twats some abuse...

So anyway, got this message when I tried to register:

"Sorry, but this e-mail address has been banned"

I've never even registered with them before!!!

Not worth it anyway man. They'll let you pay, cheerfully take your money, and then the download of the backup will mysteriously fail, and then support will be unavailable to help you.

There were multiple attempts to get the PUK data, all failed :(

Anyone know any good hackers?!

Their site seems to be so full of errors these days, surely they must have got their security wrong too?

EDIT:
I didn't actually expect it to do any good btw, just wanted to get a bit of enjoyment out of venting at them :D

:o
You mean we don't have a tame spotty teenager that sits in his room bringing the world to the edge of destruction by continually taking over the 486sx that jointly runs the US, Russian and NATO forces?
