I'll be using the UKDM ECU that was in the car with the engine. Can I use a P13 with a H22A2 then?

Starting to think I might just save these cams for my project engine now, as they're supposed to be in very good condition, and it will save me having to buy another set then. I think I'll make the call when I have them in front of me.

Whatever setup I decide on though, I'll be wanting one of your chips. The most aggressive one you can concoct! ;) If you have the ability to modify the map at all, I'd be happy to trial whatever you come up with on my engine.

I'd go with hanging onto them for the project engine as well, tbh - you'll get plenty an increase in power just when you stick that H22A2 in!

yeah, it would seem to be the more sensible option.

I'll wait and see what they're like. If they're not in excellent condition i'll use them. Because i'll be wanting top notch components going into the project engine. No 2nd hand bits allowed; unless they are mint. 8-)

I think you mistake me for some of the boffins that cracked the P13 ECU's code (Spoon, some key guys in the US). I can tinker with the likes of Crome to adjust parameters on P13 maps but not remap the maps - not even the team of programmers that created Crome had cracked the P13 code, so I certainly can't. Wouldn't even know where to start! I know 'how' to map a car but have never had to (well...need to as yet).

The maps I have are as per my for sale thread. Spoon chip copies from the original Spoon chips (various versions of which I do not know the differences and cannot check on any program I have) for JDM P13 ECUs or a map for specific UKDM P13 ECU's ending in G00. So only thing I can offer you is the UKDM chip, but you need to check your ECU and the sticker on it should end in a code G00. If yours says G01, its a no go.

Ok boss, I will have a look when I get the chance & let you know. If I'm ordering one from you, it will be the end of August anyway. ;)
