Just change the calipers and bleed through in turn (in the order it shows in the service manual).
If you try to drain it all out, you risk getting air locks somewhere in the system I reckon, much easier to bleed through when it's still effectively 'full'

You'll be able to tell by the amount of new fluid you've put back in, that you've changed all the fluid in the system.

Si. Its only 8pm. Bit pissed right now at a festival so will explain my question tomorrow.

Refurbed my front calipers and checked rears aswell. Filled the system up with fresh new fluid and pedal still the same.
Could the master cylinder be playing up ?
Thinking of upgrading to the 1 inch one instead of the 15/16 , would this be worth while or wont make much difference.

Yeah bled them all then left them over night and bled them all again this morning just to make sure there was no air in there .

I've had a soft pedal before & it was due to
glazing on the front pads after track use.

Try giving them a light file & the discs as well.

got different pads and gave the discs a sand down since . Remembered you doing it before ;) . Cheers for the idea though
