Re-inforced PVC hose is crystal clear, can easily take the pressure and wouldn't go brittle etc with age. However, it can't hack temps that high.
Reinforced clear nylon hose would do it.
It's not crystal clear like glass is though (in fact it can be more translucent than transparent) and you'd see the reinforcement of course.
Or you can get clear silicone hose (same as nylon hose with not being completely clear and seeing the reinforcement);
