Don't use Parcel Monkey! (City Link particularly)

Banter goes here, and doesn't have to be Lude related

I've used paisley freight for a couple of wheel deliveries and they were fine.

It will be down to personal experiences. Paisley Freight didn't come and collect my package for nearly 2.5 weeks the fuckers. The only thing that kept me with them was that my parcel was 40Kg+. City Link have always been decent for me.

Merlin: You know you have to book it first, their crystal ball has been out of order for a while now. :?

Take your point, but Parcel Monkey has waaaaay too much crap on the web, more complaint stuff than Paisley. Basically, they're all crap, its blind luck if you get your parcel. Best bet is to use the LG Express, hand delivery with a smile (sometimes - One day I'll crack a smile out of Phil! :P).

It was through Parcel Monkey that I booked them. Parcel monkey is only a "broker". Perhaps you would get better service going though the individual courier company directly instead of going through Parcel Monkey, but I have never tried that.
