Thanks. She is getting there. I have 3 months left to complete the car.

A last pic showing the prep needed to get the bonnet looking good

So you're just left with the cage, seats and wheels to put on and you're ready to go?

When I bought the bonnet it was matte black, I assume the lacquer had faded and instead of sanding it back someone painted it. The body shop dude said it had been shittily painted.

Just about. My new brakes are meant to be turning up in the next week or so. I think the car will be with the cage builder for 3-4 weeks but I would like to have some time to drive the car with anger before the competition starts. The only other thing I can think of is that I need to buy a transponder so the car can have its lap times recorded.

Nice one, well done.

Agree with Spud, I think a cassis red plate surround would look good.

I prefer the previous front lip though  so much so, I might even buy one myself :? Oh wait, I did! :P

looks good - quite a transformation from the dirty, rusty lude that was in the workshop :)
cf bonnet looks to be a really good fit so worth all the work done on it imo
the new front lip certainly stands out and make the car look very different ;)
i must admit to being jealous of the work youve had done on the arches 8-)
