Front lowering springs for a 5G

Post by Hotrod-Aha » Wed Mar 05, 2014 8:46 pm

My BB8 has 3 Tein lowering springs and 1 standard one (previous owner) and is driving very unpredictably at higher speeds, i dont fancy spending £160 when i only need 1 spring,

Anyone got a front pair? Tein or apex?

:? I'm not surprised! What a :tosser: the previous owner must have been...
Did they keep the original one? Could possibly get it repaired?

Front or rear?
If you're looking to buy a second hand one, you should buy a pair really tbh, otherwise you'll have a similar problem.

Nah i bought it from a sales place it had been traded in earlier that week.

Its front driver side, but i would take a pair if a pair were offered

You have to buy them in pairs, it's not recommended having 2 springs from 2 different cars fitted. You want to try and find a Prelude that has a matching pair fitted.

Thanks for the offer mate but its the front i need to sort out.

I might just go with a standard front spring to balance it off in the meantime though.
