How much where the locking washers from hondaVtecmec wrote:You will need wheel alignment once they are fitted, it's a tricky job in akward spaces; also there are special locking washers required during fitment (the old ones get destroyed during removal), my replacements did not come with any so I've had to source those from Honda.

There are cheaper rods but there is only one in stock, you could message them:

If it is number 13 (53536-SS0-000) they are approx £5.08 each

As others have said, inner track rod ends are easy to get hold of, from any motor factors. Various aftermarket manufacturers of them. The locking washers are Honda only.
Unless they've been replaced recently, buy new gaitors as well, old ones probably won't pull back without tearing I'd say. Again, easily available from any motor factors and not too expensive.
Seriously though, this isn't the easiest job to do on a lude and once you've taken it apart, the car is immobile until finished, so be sure you're comfortable with the job before you start it.
Do the easiest side first, so you know how it all comes apart/goes back together before doing the PITA side.
I think it's pax side that's easiest. Basically when you lie under the car, on one side you can see the inner joint from underneath and one side you can't. The side you can see is the easy one!
