I can some times hear the main relay struggling and clicking like mad. Also sometimes when i press my alarm button to turn the immobiliser off to start the car and turn the keys the pump didnt prime on a few occasions. I had to pull keys out a few times and retry, but that was a while ago.
This does indeed sound more like it could be the main relay that's at fault. This is different to the symptoms in the video and what you mostly recently described it had been doing!

Arse coxs.....
So new alt in and now charges.

But it kept dying again, idled very rough, and dies with any hint of throttle. Also air fuels were 20:1.

I can hear the fuel pump priming but this time I listened in the boot whilst it tried to run and the fuel pumps sounds like it's constantly priming away.

So this means the fuel pump is Clubbing Eddy. Dam shitty hrc fuel pump.

I am not sure how the system is in the tank, maybe a pickup pipe has come off or something :?

It's hit or miss if it works though. Sometimes it's fine, other times it's not.

It won't go back on unless I buy a new one. The hrc wasn't a direct fit. Can't find a walbro one anywhere. Don't trust eBay.

I'm not sure an oem pump will keep up with a supercharger.

I only swapped the pump in the 1st place but you have to use the oem filter sock and I had to break it to fit it. No point in going back to oem since itvwont keep up. Honda-r do a walbro for £95
