I should add that I'll be saving that ad for Tims car, and any others over the coming months and I suggest anyone wanting an agreed value policy to do the same. Easiest way to prove the value of the market is with examples, and if we start doing that it helps all of us in the long run........apart from those that want a mint lude for 500 notes

;) :D
I said it tongue in cheek of course, I know we all like a bargain, but we want our cars to be highly 'valued' too, so eventually that should mean in monetary terms. :?:
Hey, you can buy a stang for 5k, but it sure as hell wont be the same as the 30k one!

My only target for getting them back on the road this year is the Xantia. Cx's will be tinkering only now this year.
Current priority list looks like;
  • MOT on mine = fix 4ws
    3g on road
Whatever suspension and exhaust work can be done on Lisa's in time
    JAE
    Ramp install
    Xantia
Rest of suspension stuff on Lisa's and change 4ws rack
    Paint on 3g
Odds and sods on White BB4
Some stuff on CXs somewhere in there...
I think I'm gonna be spending some time working oop norf in the coming months though, have a work trip to Germany and a stag do to sort as well, so we'll see how much of that manages to get done!

Just a quick question regarding insurance for two different cars (n00b alert)..

Can I have two different insurance for two different cars?? :?

I would like one for my Type-S (agreed value) and then completely new insurance via different insurers for a different car (daily).. :|

I do it all the time.
The multi-car policies available rarely work out cheaper than shopping around a bit. And you can build up no-claims discounts with two different companies, which is handy.
