My exhaust manifold is in pieces (the 4 branch bit which goes to the 4-2 bit). Do I connect that bit up and then wrap my manifold ?? Or is that bit in pieces so that it can be adjusted later on? :s

Wrap separately. You obviously dont wrap where they join into one another.
