I'm trying to buy a new alternator and wanted to make sure I don't get the wrong one. It's ebay item number 301337521877 thanks :)

I don't know how to put a ebay link up :?

If it's for a 5th gen, won't it have an OBD1 plug, as opposed to OBD0? (i.e. no, won't fit)? :?

The alts are the same but I think the voltage reg (big green plug) is different 4th v's 5th gen. Though swapping them out is not too big of a deal (as long as that's not what's faulty in the first instance).

Also pully sizes can be different. But you could swap your one over. I've had 3 different alternators recently off various people. All the same apart from one had a different size pulley, and the other two where running different amp outputs. :D
