It sits on the left hand side of the rear part of the engine bay, it is vacuum connected and is also connected to the fuel line. It can all be ripped out. Also all the EGR crap that goes round the rear of the engine bay to the EGR solenoid valve and CVC valve (these are on the right hand side of the engine bay next to the engine mount), they can also be ripped out.

right ok. ill try and look into this now...time to research, cheers Merl!

yeh I was looking at the rest of the EGR and CVC valve stuff recently, so that bit should be sorted 8-)

Engine has come along nicely. Want to hear it running, on straight pipes... ;) though you'd get told of fright away at tracks for being too loud. :roll:

Cheers people :) New cambelt now fitted (was a bitch as its using a manual tensioner), got to torque down bolts etc next.
New spark plugs arrives today so will get them fitted and do the valve clearances as well.

oh and ...... :twisted:

Nice work. My JUN cams made absolutely no power at 0, 0. You might want to degree them before you start it up.

yeh been advised this by Rich at PAW as far as I remember, may have to get someone else to do it though, we'll have to see as it doesn't look easy :?
