It's really easy tbh. Wind the window down, take the door mirrors off and then carefully lift them, starting from the back of the door.
You do it just by grabbing the trim with your hand and pulling it up - no levering from the outside with screwdrivers against the door trim.
They do need a bit of force, so make sure you move your hand along to pull on them as close to the next nearest clip as possible, otherwise by the time a few clips have released, you're likely to bend the bar, rather than pull the next clip out. Also when you get to the last clip nearest the front, the front edge/corner of the trim will tilt down and dig into the paint on the top of the door if you don't.
On the breaker I managed to get the clips out in one piece by using a flat headed screwdriver from the inside of the door, to press them in a bit so they released. With the door card off you can see them, with the door card still on, you can't really see the inside of the clips or get at them.

). I was going to keep it for the bb4, which has 2 knackered ones. Let me mull it over the weekend and I'll get back to you?
