A reasonable distance, to the nearest MOT station. Driving it across a couple of counties is not. Your choice, plenty have done it and I'm not judging/lecturing, just don't be under any illusions that it is legal, cause it isn't.

You could get it mot'd on a Sunday, there are places open I find these days (by prior appointment).

Options?:
- Get it shipped by car moving person (quotes on shiply)
- Ask a friend with a car transporter/trailer to give you a hand moving it for you.
- Ask a friend with dealer plates to collect it for you
- This is a dealer selling it to you, right? Ask him to mot it tomorrow! (Evens on it failing on rear brakes though... )

Haha, yeah I'm expecting to need new rear calipers. Pain in the ass they are.

Apparently dealer plates don't cover no MOT..
