Yep. Phil is right!
End :hurr:
:? As in... :scaredtoss:
End!

:?

Anyway, back OT for a mo...
the 5th gen gear shift cables are different I think just because the gear shift lever mechanism is made of plastic, but if you use the superior 4th gen metal version it will fit and you would need to use 4th gen shift cables.
(I think)

Makes sense, as long as the distance from the shifter to the retaining bracket is the same.

Sorry about delays in replying, it would appear I haven't subscribed to my own thread!
Bits needed are gearstick / selector and cables, trim surround for gearstick, clutch pedal and preferably a brake pedal as well.
@Donald, you have pm.

Can do all them except trim surround.
Let me know if Donald doesn't sort you out.

The 4th gen parts used where, (and its been a while so there may be some small bits that I miss out)

4th gen gearbox, + mixture of 4th gen mounts, original 5th gen auto mounts and 5th gen manual mounts.
4th gen drive shaft inner + 5th outo out on passenger side.
4th gen shifter cables + 4th gen shifter mech with minor mods to fith in 5th gen (if 5th gen shifter is used must use 5th gen cables)
4th gen VSS
4th gen pedal box.

I think thats it...
