This is why I always go and swap parts out with the seller as delivery companies and body panels are not a good mix. Might be a long way to go to get the parts but £271 would get you a good few 100 miles of petrol. It's a tough one but you might find other body shops willing to do the work for less.

Yes but I'd think about de-locking it, that area is way too prone to rust.

Nightmare.
I had the same with a boot that Bri sent me.
Mint, correct colour, well packaged and clearly labelled, arrived bent to hell and no good to man nor beast.
( :? I think I still have it in the loft actually, intended to strip the bits off it and then bin the metal but haven't got round to doing it yet? )

I think Bri was more mad than me actually, but yep, that's why posting body panels is a no-no for me these days.

So whats the thoughts on going keyless had never even thought about it would mean same amount of work I suppose.

No way it should be costing that much.

Shop around, you will get the price down to £100 per panel max. Especially as it is unattatched.

Ditch the badge and take the opportunity to fill the holes

Replace with stickers for £5 from @Ammo 8-)
When you say per panel do you mean each bit that needs work ? as the boot lid with spoiler has 2 bits of damage is that one or two panels ... sorry for being thick
Its a work in progress

wounded!

to do that sort of damage it literally must of been thrown!

Im no estimator but i work in body repair,,,that price seems quite steep. Has it broken the bead of sealer on the back as that would be my only concern when and if getting it repaired.

Bodywork is always dead money.

Personally i would ghetto rust and go keyless + sticker, depending on where it is
