Went to RS and they refused to serve me. You can only buy from them if your a registered trader and they wouldnt sell me anything.

@nucleustylzlude What bolt are you using for the front charger bolts near the injectors.
I can only assume it wont seal because the front bolts arnt being tightened propperly. There are 3 at the front and the rightmost one is fine. But the middle and left bolts wont tighten all the way with a 12mm wrench and a socket is too tall against the charger. I cannot find a 12mm hinged socket anywhere. They are all hinge adapters.
I could try an allen key hex bolt.

Annoying now as i have to wait for gasket material etc so this weekend is out and i dont have time in the week. Dragging this charger out for 5 weeks now.
@RattyMcClelland

Sorry bud, realised I didn't respond to this.

The bolts I've used are allen head bolts, gives a little more room, but not amazing. I thought the washers and spanner trick would have been fine though?

Oh and I didn't reply to the post on Prelude Power about the bolt you snapped. You get a new one yet? If not I'll chuck a spare bolts, washers, nuts assembly for that whole tensioner area - got bags of nuts spare, plus the main long bolts were a pack of 5 as I mentioned, not like I'll use them in a hurry for anything else! Got your address bud, just say the word and I'll stick them in the post for ya. :D

I also checked out my mix of belts I have, a couple of 6pk1930's, but the guy I bought it from was also running no A/C, so there is a shorter gatorback belt with the bunch. Hard to make out the size stamp its a little worn, it's either 1880, 1830 or 1800. Part number is 4060740, havn't had a chance to google it, but might be handy to order the gatorback in time.
Also the short charger belt is a 5PK0510, forgot to jot down the part number. I have two, but one is very worn - only good for a spare backup really, I wouldn't run it all the time to offer it to you.

Its ok i have the spare bolts and i have ordered a range of tools to cope with the 12mm bolts on the front. I have a a few 12mm swivel choices now from snap on and swicket spanners.
Main area of concern is the injector seals. That Mr injector kit simple just didnt work out. So im going to use, used, good condition ones from my spare manifold.
So bolts wise i should be ok. And got loads of 1.5mm gasket material now.
Im not running the lower support bracket and it seems fine without it.
Im not using Gatorback belts. Couldnt find any.
After alot of trial and error and 6 Gates Micro V belts i found that the minimum size for AC delete is 6PK1803, This belt just fits on the slackest alternator setting before tensioning. But 6PK1818 fits fine too.

If all goes to plan it should run by the end of the week is all vaccuum issues are sorted.

Got a 9psi Motorvations pulley reserved too just incase....you know.....just in case....

I know, I just posted in that post too, temptations and all that!

Fair enough on the rest bud. 8)

Just looked up swicket spanners, look like they might do the trick. Weird about the injector kit, but I'm wondering what seals you ordered, cos the standard seals need boring out to the RC injectors, so I'm wondering how you've fitted it?
