Right, that it's! I want it back now! That wasn't the deal! It belongs in a lude!mart609 wrote:No the accord hasn't got cruisenucleustylzlude wrote:![]()
I thought this is going on your lude? Confused now! The Accord even got cruise? Plus will all the other items I sent fit?![]()
I'm toying with the idea of putting it on the accord though. Think it would look![]()
I also have a Momo Corse that I was thinking of putting on the lude, because I plan on doing more trackdays and I don't want the mugen wheel to get ruined. Plus the boss for the lude has cruise buttons anyway? IIRC
Thinking of doing away with the cruise on the lude, as I've only ever used it a handful of times.

Fair enough. I'll have a look as I think I might have your shape Accord and maybe even the wagon Mugen brochure in my collection. That wheel may have been in it too!
Only snag is the fact you have all the gubbins off me to fit it to a lude, so you'll have to go blindly to fit it to the Accord bud. As for using that HKB hub for the lude, makes sense, I always thought it was a waste having both that and the SW2 buttons but it was the only boss I had to hand and it fit.
To fit the HKB hub to the lude and retain the horn, it's still worth fitting the other bits I sold you, as it will replace the old SRS cable reel and connector to the SRS harness (this is the ribbon harness that I need the replacement off you). The UKDM has the three wires for horn (1 wire) and cruise (2 wires) go into the SRS looms – they are all grey! I deciphered them using the various hard copy manuals I have to custom make the ribbon cable you have split into three wires with spade connectors. These then plug into the cruise/horn contact ring you have which then connects to either the Mugen SW2 plug or just connect a horn to the correct bit with a spade connector.
It might sound like a load of waffle but it all makes sense once you’ve taken the wheel off and follow the parts and cables. Also check my old profile out on PUK where it shows more pics and explanation, just make sure you login first so you’re not hit too hard with Spam and pop-ups:

Good luck, but just make sure you get me that ribbon cable part, its shown in the pics in the link above.

Need more help identifying it, I’ll ring it on a parts picture or something?
Cheers,
Rob
