Right.
Put the right fuses with right voltages in.
I noticed after that when I was changing to semi-manual mode the fuse that controlled the driver window fried (couple of times).
I did change some of them with the motor running , when doing that the Engine Management light flashed ...
I will try disconnecting the battery .
(JapParts quoted me 300£ + 90£ for the shipping,for an used auto-box !!! :shock:)

Changing fuses with the engine running wouldn't have been a good idea.
I suggest having a look in the service manual to see if there's any sort of electronics reset you should do on the gearbox ecu, though tbh that's a mechanical noise so I doubt it will change anything... Worth bottoming out though.

Would need to look at the wiring schematics to understand if there should be any links between the box circuit and fuse for the power windows.

Pffff ... Complicated ... Don't know were to put my hands first . Replacing would be better,the gearbox or the whole car ...
