Shouldn't matter that much.. Just don't crank it more than a few seconds in a row.
Any oil leaks on the cyl1 side?

Only way of knowing cranking speed is to look at the tacho on the dash - but you won't be able to register accurately enough by looking at that :)

As gb says, don't worry about it though. We know one cylinder is out of spec and that's all that matters :D

1) put some oil in cyl 1 and check again.
A lot of Improvement means piston rings worn.

2) adjust valves

3) take off the head, get it resurfaced(?) and buy a Honda head gasket . ( and timing belt etc etc..)

It's not fun but the other cylinders are ok so it's not end of engine.
Just give it a good overhaul when you take it apart .
My compression was fine , 195 all around, still took the engine out and had it cleaned and rebuild. Just to make sure!
Good luck, let us know!

I dont think there is any oil leaking on cylinder 1 side, cam seal leaking on the other side though.

i will check again with some oil and the do the valves. hoping it wont come to the head gasket...

thanks for the advice guys.

I would do a leak-down test. The kits aren't expensive if you already have a compressor. That way you can check where you are losing pressure from.
A garage could do the test for you.
