Funny I was just remembering this tonight before reading this post! My dad did some work for Laddaw years ago and Jewellers Rouge was what they swore by as well - I'd forgotten that at first.

You could probably get rouge from your nearest 4th gen. It's only ferric oxide. RIGHT LOL

Good stuff though, I've used it tons and it works a treat. Cerium oxide for a really clean finish.
