NEW CAR 4th or 5th or ATR?

Post by bigst3v3_x » Mon Mar 31, 2014 1:14 pm

Hiya guys,
I am after a new car, not quite sure on either an Accord Type R a 4th Generation prelude or a 5th Generation prelude, i have had them all before and love the H series engines, in total i have £3100 to spend on a car and the insurance but would like as much change as possible for mods obviously :D

So heres what i have to spend on one:
-for an Accord Type R it would be £1900
-for a 5th Generation Prelude it would be £2275
-for a 4th Generation Prelude it would be 2330

Im open to any ideas, or if anyone knows of anything decent to buy to let me know as i could do with a car as soon as possible and like i said above would like to have as much change as possible for some mods.

Cheers
Steve

There's been a couple of decent ATRs for sale recently, although they are a bit over budget.

Should still be able to pick up a reasonable one for around the £2k mark though.

If you are not a lover of a specific one, then just calculate money/benefit :) Everything is swappable between these 3 cars.

No seriously tho, id go for an atr as i feel a 5 door would benefit my needs hugely but if i didnt have a small family id deffo go down the 4th gen route, good luck finding a decent import tho. Or maybe buy a uk spec one and stuff a h22a7 and u2q7 in it?

If you don't mind doing a bit of work, we might have an ATR for you.
If you don't mind doing more than a bit, there's a 5G at the bottom of our garden ...

I didn't imagine you'd be selling the ATR after retiring it from daily use, sailor?
