I recommend getting an engine from a 4g prelude (if it's gota go in a 4g that is) as they are what's called obd1, where as newer cars like 5g and accords are what's called obd2, this applies to the wiring of the engine and can be made to work with a bit of know how but it's much easier being new at this to stick to what's in your car already...
You will need:
H22a/1/2/4 full engine
Intake and exhaust manifolds
Exhaust downpipe
H series gearbox
Engine mounts (possibly)
ECU
And to do abit of searching on the Internet

actually for 2liter 4thgen to have h22a you'll only need engine itself, inlet manifold, exhaust manifold, alternator and ECU everything else is plug n pray
of course, you'll benefit of shorter gearing of an h series gearbox and also front brake upgrade is recommended along the swap, since the car gets more powerful and heavy as well and you can actually feel it when leaving old brakes with new engine (trust me, I did that at one point)
so if you're on tight budget but want the " VTEC kick yo"

then you can leave your tranny and exhaust as well (apart from manifold) and you'll definatelly feel improvements, but you'll be stealing yourself a bit power and acceleration due to restricted exhaust and gearing.
