Yeah roughly the same, touch more torque but seems to achieve this at slightly lower revs.
Obviously this is all dependant on how it's set up and the figures I've seen are pulled from Wiki which isn't always 100% accurate, but that seems to have the most comprehensive list.
An example comparing the stock figures from Wiki:
H22A8: 200 PS (147 kW; 197 hp) @ 7,100 rpm & 156 ft·lbf (212 N·m) @ 5,250 rpm
H23A: 200 PS (147 kW; 197 hp) @ 6,800 rpm & 163 lb·ft (221 N·m) @ 5,300 rpm

Given that to my eyes these engines are relatively similar in terms of their stock output, what would make you choose one over the other?
