agree with 5-10. depending uf theres rust repair etc. you will be paying 50 an hour foe them to strip it.
if you delivered the shell completely bare and reassembled yourself id say 2-3

this ^^^^^ you would be better stripping the car to the last nut and bolt sent it to be dipped and galvanised then get it painted its what i would do if i was gonna get a paintjob done

I did 90% of the strip and 100% of the rebuild on my 2.
Absolutely loads of the labour is in the strip/build.

There is only surface rust about 5-10mm around the arches but nothing major. I would want them to take the engine out and spray that as let's say if I go for a white colour I wouldn't want my engine bay to be black. :lol: Not worried about underneath the carpets as that's not visible unless I drive without carpets :lol:

Would be easier/cheaper to just buy that white one that's for sale atm and swap over any bits off yours that you wanted???

:? :think: No suggestion on selling yours, but if you want a white one, it'd be cheaper to buy a white one and get any of the minor scabby bits repaired, than to fork out for a full colour change respray on yours?

Plus that way you end up with 2, which means you're and even bigger majority member of the secret Type-S owners club! :D
