i was for my car and done a lot of myself almost 6k, And engine bay rust and windows where out!
but when the shop did everything it will be arround 8k
and when i say do you also shave my engine the say damnnn it will be arround 10k

There is only surface rust about 5-10mm around the arches but nothing major. I would want them to take the engine out and spray that as let's say if I go for a white colour I wouldn't want my engine bay to be black.
Not worried about underneath the carpets as that's not visible unless I drive without carpets
