Isnt the green connector for sunroof cruise or rear fog looks like the loom has been pulled up

Dont I remember the plug behind the tweeter being mentioned in relation to the front fog light install?

Right the black bit in the white plastic section is the dash lights brightness control unit:

I think that green plug is as Benny says, meant for a foglight installation, but isn't the UKDM location for the switch. That plug is for other markets that had the option of two switches in that location. See here:

I had my tweeter cover off the other day to drill a dirty great big hole in it for a gauge and noticed the section on the back to cut out for these switches and mounting holes moulded in, like this:
