Is the above the LSD gearbox?

Anyhow not got an online link but I did stumble across 1 in u pull it in inverkeithin. Was in a 4th gen si and had the LSD stamp on the door pillar. Might be of use to some1 as I think they only charge £50 for a gearbox.

£50 is a real bargain, I thought I got mine cheap and I paid £159 for mine.

they take a while but even if you pay someone £50 to do it you still save ;)

You sure?? I always thought you only had to pay to get an engine pulled out.

Be easy enough to pull a box off without them noticing till you take it up to pay. :lol:

Over here they go for $800-1700. I picked mine up for $300. Good deals to be had on this transmission!

They should drain all the fluids when the car arrives these days, so that shouldn't be a problem?

Ah yeah, they tend to be like that these days, blaming health and safety (like lots of ill informed companies do, on lots of things...) plus it helps cover staff costs in an easy, direct cost way I guess...
