Gotta really like your JDM OEM to pay this much!

Found something cool online? Post a thread about it in here.

It's the US man, they love that stuff. Someone once spent $600 on the 5th gen OEM kick plates / sill protectors.

I'm going to see if I can flog my wood effect OEM radio surround. It's worthless in the UK but someone may pay cash for it in the US ;)

Yup us Americans pay crazy prices for rare Jdm oem stuff. Even if its just rare oem. I paid $250 for a new in the box front mask/bra.

Do you think they are aware they are the older generation Alpine Type E speakers that are like £30, since Gathers is OEM car audio division of Alpine/pioneer.

What gets me are the ones who sell JDM stuff that is exactly the same as the USDM stock equipment. The USDM intake comes to mind, and the plastic door sills. That stuff is crap! You can't even give it away here, yet, people buy it because it came in a box with a Japanese return address on it.

I was at a JDM dealer once who tried to sell me a USED air filter, Why would I want that? "It's JDM bro!" It's exactly the same as the one I have in my car now...except it's dirty! I guess the JDM pollutants and finger prints of the Japanese guy who installed it on the car make it more valuable or something.
