
Not saying I don't believe what you say the car's told you, but I'm really surprised if all that really has packed up on it. Were those codes being read off the dash lights or from a plugged in diagnostics?
When I bought mine the bloke was selling it 'cause a Honda dealer had diagnosed the ABS fault as sensor and modulator. I didn't believe it, bought the car, changed the sensor and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the modulator (still fine 4 years later...)
I reckon it'd be worth changing the sensor, reset the ECU's then trying that and if the 4WS is still u/s, whipping out the 4WS ECU, taking it apart and re-soldering (there's a guide on the net and linked off here somewhere) refitting it, resetting the ABS ECU and trying that.
Worst comes to the worst all those other bits would be easy and cheap as chips to get hold of off a breaker on here too.
