Welcome to LG! :Hello:

If it's a rare rot-free shell, then it's far too good to track. There aren't too many left in that condition.
Do the right thing and restore it to showroom condition. These are future classics!! :ugeek:

You can buy a cheap rotten Prelude on eBay to track. Maybe a lighter version BB4 with LSD.

just don't try and make it a clean as Pushki's or it will be a museum piece  rather than a classic, by the time you had done all that to it

Lol. well did think about that. :) problem is that the ABS is shot and so is the 4ws. Being i know the cost in repairing those items (and more) im just going to strip it and have some fun. :)

Have you checked the fault codes?

If both those systems are down, my money is on it being a rear ABS sensor.

All 4WS faults are either (at worst) a rear ABS sensor, or a re-solder the ECU job. Never heard of anything worse than that before (except maybe Peachy's, but we don't know yet 'cause it's defying diagnosis atm)

ABS sensors are readily available on here for <£40 delivered.

ABS and 4WS are common problems. Sometimes all it takes is a reset.
Second-hand parts can be found here for much cheapness. ;)

Yea me and my boss/master technician looked at it. Codes were all over the place at first but we got rid of the temp codes and looked at the permanent codes. Abs is a rear sensor and a modulator failure and the 4ws is main motor failure and steering angle sensor failure.

 Not saying I don't believe what you say the car's told you, but I'm really surprised if all that really has packed up on it. Were those codes being read off the dash lights or from a plugged in diagnostics?

When I bought mine the bloke was selling it 'cause a Honda dealer had diagnosed the ABS fault as sensor and modulator. I didn't believe it, bought the car, changed the sensor and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the modulator (still fine 4 years later...)

I reckon it'd be worth changing the sensor, reset the ECU's then trying that and if the 4WS is still u/s, whipping out the 4WS ECU, taking it apart and re-soldering (there's a guide on the net and linked off here somewhere) refitting it, resetting the ABS ECU and trying that.

Worst comes to the worst all those other bits would be easy and cheap as chips to get hold of off a breaker on here too.

Yea may give that a go. We were just as surprised when we recorded the codes. It was blink codes because our HDS wouldn't communicate with either abs or 4ws. Need to get a good day on it tbh
